Lovely lobby with non-stop bar. Terrific staff with great humor. Convenient tram stop outside. Decent to great nearby restaurants. Helpful and attentive staff. Modern and clean room. Convenient location near station. Pleasant stay with was so good.

Helpful staff, modern and clean room and bathroom, daily housekeeping, shops nearby , reachable city center on foot in 30-40 mins. Exceeded expectations, pleasant stay. Nice ambient light and comfy mattress, black-out curtains. Amazing and comfy bed, top-notch breakfast, fantastic bathroom. Good location, close to Ostbahnhof station, 2 stops to center. Standard room, good cushions, friendly staff. Good value for money.
